Production Time:

• Orders are usually made within 1–4 business days.

Shipping Time:

• After production, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the U.S.

Shipping Costs:

• Flat rate shipping: $9.45 for orders under $65.
• Free shipping for orders over $65.

Returns & Exchanges:

• You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
• If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions.

Damages or Issues:
Please check your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at e.pilewicz@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.
